How to customize WebDynpro configuration
An UIBB is an user-interface building block, meaning basically an interface view
– a WebDynpro ABAP window. A customization can be done with the help of the FPM (Floor Plan Manager) configuration editor. Corresponding elements can be adapted and customized according to individual requirements.
Step 1 –Call WebDynpro service in configuration mode:
The desired URL is to be entered into the browser:
http://<system>:<port>/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/grac_uibb_end_user_login?
sap-config-mode=x

Step 2 – Call “Adapt Configuration”:
On the top of the right hand side the a link will be displayed.
By clicking on “Adapt Configuration” a prompt for entering a transport request
will show up.
The transport request is to be entered, and the entry to be confirmed with OK.
Step 3 – Create customizing record:
After providing the transport information a screen will appear that needs to
be confirmed with OK.
In a next step additional description information is to be added and
confirmed with OK.
Step 4 – Create a custom configuration:
After opening the structure on the left hand side and clicking on UIBB “W_END_USER_LOGIn” a configuration name is to be entered (customer name space: Z).
After clicking Enter, the UIBB button on the right side will become active.
Step 5 – Configure UIBB
After clicking on “Configure UIBB” the next screen will allow to start the actual configuration by clicking on Create.
A description is to be added, and the entry to be confirmed via OK
A transport can be associated in a next screen.
In the following screen the different elements can be maintained.
By selecting an entry in the left panel it can be determined whether the corresponding entry (here a link to the name change) should be visible (default) or invisible (activation of radio button).
To make entries visible again a click on    is required.
After being done with the customization the settings need to be saved by a click on Save.
The customized settings will be applied to the corresponding UIBB.
